Our Products
Still working on the construction site and this since more than 100 years, the oysters of Jean-Pierre are raised on different parks in the Ria d'Etel, upstream of the Lorois Bridge, representing 12 hectares and an annual production of about 60 tons.
The very rich phytoplankton on the Ria also allows to harvest fleshy clams on the ground, the bigorneaux also grow there.
Oysters are always a very manual profession, requiring multiple handling, from the baby oyster to about 3 years of oyster to be marketed, to work at the yard or directly on the parks during the tides, for a controlled growth and quality, until the sale.

The Benefits of Oyster, to consume without moderation
One no longer counts the richness contained in oysters, natural and rich in essential nutrients and its benefits that make it a real Alicament, lower in calories (8 otters = 70 calories)
Rich in minerals (iron and magnesium for fatigue control – Potassium and manganese for heart and blood regeneration – calcium and selenium for bones and tissue slowdown) and vitamins B, E and D
Then eat oysters without moderation! especially as this product is affordable and will bring you always renewed pleasure.
Tasting and storage between 5 and 7°C is recommended. Prefer to store them after opening at the bottom of the refrigerator until tasting rather than on an ice bed that will break the taste of oyster if it is consumed too cold.
